I’m Emily.
I’m a Personal Trainer and Journalist originally from Essex but currently living in North West London.
Firstly, a massive thanks for visiting my website and secondly, before you have little browse, here’s a bit about me…
I studied English and Sports Science at Loughborough University and then spent an incredible six months travelling the world with a few of my best girlfriends. On realising I wanted to follow a career in writing, I went back to uni to study Magazine Journalism. From there, I somehow landed on my feet and wound up writing for OK! Magazine. I worked my way up to Features Editor of OK! Online and had a great three years helping to establish their online content. But as much as I loved going to the swanky parties and writing about all things celeb, five years ago I gave it all up to follow my heart into the wonderful world of health and fitness. I am now a PT at Equinox in London, an Adidas instructor, Mat Pilates teacher, pre and post natal qualified and a nutritional advisor. And I am very fortunate to say I love my job.
This website is a place for me to channel my love of writing and an attempt to share a bit of healthy happiness, whether it be by introducing you to a nutritious new dish or an energising exercise class or just by inspiring you to do something you love and live more positively.
Go on, have a little browse.
